Our Process

A controlled chain of custody — from full transparency to a signed certificate

Every asset follows a structured, documented and secured path, designed to give the organization absolute certainty at every touchpoint — from the initial assessment to the issuance of certificates.

Three guiding principles

Security

A closed chain of custody and verified erasure at every stage.

Transparency

Serial-number-level documentation and full reporting to the client.

Value

Maximizing financial returns alongside environmental responsibility.

The six process stages

A controlled chain of custody — from assessment to certificate

1

Assessment & Consulting

Mapping requirements, equipment scope and regulatory obligations, and forming a tailored work plan.

2

Secure Collection

Collection, packing and controlled transport from all organizational sites, under a documented chain of custody.

3

Inventory & Serialization

Intake, counting and tagging of every asset at the serial-number level within a dedicated tracking system.

4

Certified Data Sanitization

Verified erasure with Blancco aligned to NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 2, or alternatively magnetic degaussing or physical destruction — according to sensitivity level and organisational policy.

5

Value Recovery & Refurbishment

Grading, refurbishment and remarketing of functional equipment to maximize financial return to the client.

6

Recycling & Certification

Responsible recycling of end-of-life items, and issuance of destruction and compliance certificates.
